Our licensed inspectors will conduct a thorough visual inspection of the affected building space by taking bulk samples of hazardous material. We will send samples to a laboratory for analysis and produce a report of the findings. In this report we will recommend remedies based upon laboratory results.
Our licensed monitors will ensure the abatement contractor completes the project in accordance with the asbestos contract specifications and all applicable health and safety laws, as well as answering questions and providing guidance for the owner.
Abatement will begin once Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) and Department of Labor Standards (DLS) have been notified 10 days prior to starting the project. We set up containments, use proper equipment and safety standards to ensure proper removal of all asbestos containing material.
Our licensed lead inspectors will conduct a risk assessment using an XRF machine that uses x-rays to measure lead levels or we will collect samples for laboratory analysis. Depending on the lead levels we will recommend the proper abatement procedures.
With proper equipment and protective measures our team will remove lead from your residential space in a timely manner.
Our licensed mold inspectors will use proper equipment to analyze and eliminate potential mold growth/hazards. We will take samples from the air and surfaces depending on our observations and submit them to a laboratory for analysis. We will give a distinct report based upon results of the sampling.
